Went to America’s tire with a nail in my tire this morning. Even though I did not purchase these tires at this store. They still did the repair for free! In and out within an hour!
You just lost a loyal 15 year customer because of your little bald prick of a manager in Camarillo CA. I have never had nothing but the best experience with America's Tire and today all I got was excuse after excuse after excuse why he couldn't patch my tire. I put a plug in the middle of the tire, not the side wall, on the side of the road and aired it up and came to America's Tire and he refused to help me. TIRE MAN SAID NO PROBLEM !!!!!
I was at your location on Tuesday, Oct 13. Everything single aspect of the service was top notch. The friendly professionals who helped me (I didn’t have an appointment) with a tire repair issue went out of their way to make me feel like my car was their priority. Jerry, Kevin, Jason, and Jesse were the best! They even apologized for making me wait....a mere 10 minutes (they needn’t have apologized as it was obvious that my tire job was important to them). Just left the shop. The staff is excellent and so is the service. I brought my car in due to a flat. I had picked up a screw and it developed a leak. They checked my tire and were able to repair it with a plug. Took me in right away and I was out of there within 20 minutes at no charge. This is genuine customer service and gets/keeps business. Thank you Americas Tire

My low pressure light came on so in I went. Got the pressure checked right away. Found out there was a nail in one tire and two of them had very little tread left. Left 35 minutes later with two new tires! No one tried to oversell what I needed. Great service! We go here for all our tires!
Amazing staff. So nice and considerate. Both this location and Thousand Oaks! They make everything so easy!
