Yes, I got great tires at a great cost, but more than that, I got exceptional customer service. Perhaps I should say “people” service: being treated as a person and not just a cog in a money-making machine. Terry and Nathan went beyond the call of duty to help this very tired, very stressed old lady. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it. I’d recommend this store to anyone.
This company is my new tire company went in to have some tires balanced that I did not buy from American tire but yet they still balanced them for free was able to get a spare tire and rim for my RV for my vacation. One stop shop shout out to Brennan, Kayden and Christian you guys rock actually everybody there rocks you guys have a new lifelong customer. Appreciate you guys so much.
I went in to get a road force balance since I was having an issues with shaking and the store manger tyler was very helpful. Told me they couldn't do it because of the wear of the tire was bad and recommended to replace which I did and he was very understanding of my situation and help me with it! And the shop guy was very helpful explain everything they found and what should be done and was very helpful. They definitely will get my business!
