Very long wait time in spite of an appointment. My car was not taken in even by 75 minutes after the appointment time.
Came in today to have two of my cars annual tires rotated end up purchasing a new set, for one the other just rotate but in the process they broke a lug nut not they said for me to take it to Redding brake & wheel and they will fix it for free, in the meantime I Have to set up an appointment and I have to work and I don't get off until the place closes, this has become a big problem, America tire has broken lug nut four different times on two different cars, WHAT inconvenience for me, as many broken lug nut that happens ther... read more
