I had a great experience with America's Tire, especially Robert. I had a tire issue with my 2024 Rivian R1S and needed a very specific Pirelli tire. I spoke with Robert on Friday, and he was able to source the exact tire I needed and have it ready for me the very next day. Robert was able to get the tire installed for about $436, which I thought was a very reasonable price, especially considering how quickly he was able to get it. Very well designed customer experience. I booked 4:15pm appointment online for replacement of all 4 tires. Arrived there 4:10pm. Got out of their parking lot at 4:40pm despite the initial estimate of 45~60min. They know how to over-deliver :) Note: I tried to walk in one day prior. Talked to their representaives via online chat (offered on their homepage) who informed me that without appointment, my wait time at that moment was 90min.
