I needed to replace a tire and I was recommended to Kevin Martinez for tire service. I was helped by Thomas and he did a great service over all. Both team members were super friendly and accommodating to helping me the same day I call. They have different price options and really give what you need! Other places I called didn’t have time the same day or needed to schedule an appointment which they didn’t have till next week. I called Saturday around 3 drop off my car around 4:30 and was out by 5

Diego was a huge help, my TPMS light was on after I got my tires replaced at a different shop. I called Americas tire, Diego answered and told me to bring the car over. When I arrived both Diego and Kevin helped me out. They both had great customer service and were able to fix my TPMS. Highly recommend coming here for all tire services!

Booked an 8am Saturday appointment at another big o for four specific tires and chose wait-in-store online option because I don’t live close. Got there on time and they said the tires weren’t in the store or the warehouse. They wanted me to leave the car, order a different tire, and come back later to pick up. Drove down the street to America’s Tire. They had multiple tire options actually in stock, pulled my car inside, and started the install before the paperwork was finished. I rolled into America's Tire 9 minutes before their close. I was desperate to get replacement tires (as I had allowed too much time to elapse before tending to the worn-out set). Thomas took me in, provided expert advice, offered a solution that didn't break the bank (too much), and saw to it that I was on the road as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this store.
