I am a customer of American tire for a long time. My last experience was great.
I had gotten a flat tire. I called this place prior to letting roadside assistance know where to take me. My husband had actually called for me to make sure they had the tire we need in stock, in which they did. They said it was in stock and was going to only be $100. I arrive here and it turns out the tires we want are on hold for another person and that’s what they had left. So we had to go with a tire we didn’t want just to make it home. I was in and out in 25 minutes, and they repaired my tire for free!
Been going here for a couple decades to get tires for my vehicles. My recent trip I had experienced some vibration with some tires I bought about a year ago. What I really appreciate about this place is the friendly service environment all the guys that work there around the front desk are very personable knowledgeable and very little BS they get right to it and get you done.
