Friendly helpful employees, flat repair complete ahead of time. Very hassle free experience.
Excellent and professional staff. I have had great experiences here multiple times. Whether via appointment or just walking in the staff have been exceptional. Today was really busy and I realized my tires needed immediate attention the staff were able to help me out as a walk-in in just under two hours. Considering how busy it was and how cool calm and helpful the staff remained was impressive. Thank you America's Tire team! Keep up the great work!
They take every information from you, odometer, VIN, address, phone, email, to pump some air into the tires. Don’t normalize giving up all your information when you absolutely don’t beed to. They are also not transparent with the prices. I said I want to replace the front windshield blades, they said it’s gonna be $11.99. I was about to pay $39. They meant each blade is $11.99, and they were going for the back blade as well.
Left psi unchecked, driver side front tie 25 psi over the tire max, shop residue on left front tire causing weird sound, not torqued to car spec… very amateur level shop but can get better with feedback
My tire pressure light came on, so I stopped here to get it checked. The staff was helpful and got me taken care of pretty quickly. Really appreciated the easy service.
