The owner is a crazy person. He called me personally the day the cover was supposed to ship acting unhinged and mocking me the way a child would. I never received my product and had to file a dispute with my bank. DO NOT order from this company and steer clear of this person in need of mental help.

WORST COVER Ever, took almost 4 months and the cover has no support for a spa bracket, NO way to mount a cover holder and bracket to support it. I should have known when it took so long they were just a terrible option.

Ordered a spa cover and received it within a few weeks. The cover color was as expected however, I did not receive the size ordered (Over Sized) and the plastic rapping around the foam under the outter cover was crinkled and had folds that prevented the outer covering from laying flat. Ordered a Spa Cover September 19, 2021 with a 3 week delivery. They charged me right away through PayPal. So , no Spa cover ever arrived. I reached out to them in Mid October to see status, they said it was scheduled on the next shipment and my cover was almost out of Production. Here we are, 30 days later...No Cover. PayPal refunded me all my money. Do not waste your time with this outfit. Something is not right here.

Spa-Mart service and customer care is terrible. I placed an order and gave the make and model of my spa and more than four months later the cover finally arrived. The problem was the radius was not correct and the cover does not fit my spa. I have contacted them but they will not respond by phone or email. This company should be avoided! Actually, they should not even receive the one star in my opinion.

Worst company ever! no response to all communications. Even got pay pal involved and they did not response to them as well. Lied about the hot tub cover lifter being in stock and then 2 weeks later said it was back ordered. Sorry ass company who just tries to take your money hoping you will not go to the trouble to get it back. I did and took my money back from them. I do not think they are a real company. Run from them.

This is the worst hot tub cover ever made. I ordered a light blue cover for my Jacuzzi 1 year ago, January 2020, and it has turned almost black in less than a year. I contacted Spa-Mart and they suggested I pay to ship it back to them to for them to inspect which is absolutely unacceptable. My Jacuzzi doesn't have trees or anything over it to cause this discoloration, but that was what the company blamed it on. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Rude managers and horrible customer service. Took 26 days to receive my goods, then was short items. Unfortunately this item is need to work in coordination with the other chemicals I ordered to be effective. Did not receive any notification by email or even when I called to find out why my order was taking so long to be processed.
