They charged $9000 to close two timeshares and attempted to close zero. They put in writing if we closed one of the timeshares without foreclosure they would refund the money. We presented documents of us getting it closed on our own and this company will not respond back and has said they will not respond. The other timeshare has not been contacted by this company. They are predators on the elderly and they robbed us of $9000.
Working with this company has been a rollercoaster of emotions and frustrations! We didn't choose this settlement company the mortgage company did and it has been a nightmare. We still have not been able to receive the funds from our refinance because of a host of errors. Do not bother because they ghost you when they get their money and leave you begging for yours. Very petty and unprofessional company.
