HORRIBLE....LET ME REPEAT MYSELF "HORRIBLE" Customer service! They lie to the customer repeatedly. Charge an arm, leg, and your head for a service ($2000.00 job) don't fix it right..then lie to you more...and then try to collect again for what they didn't fix right to begin with! BE VERY AWARE!!!!!
Bad customer service. Will rip you off! Do not go here. This place will rip you off. They will overcharge you on parts. They claim they are using dealer parts, but you have no way of knowing and have no choice for cheaper parts. The markup is 70%-100% on parts. They also will charge you $120/hour for labor. They charge for diagnostic test but then continue to add additional "needed" maintenance charges along the way, they will nickel and dime you to death. I have unfortunately spent close to $5000 with this location and each time I am assured the problem has been identified and fixed something else associated with the earlier repair breaks. when I spoke with the Regional Manager he was not interested in even listening to my experiences but instead wanted me to spend another $1500. These people will never see a penny from me again.
I had a great experience here. They had me taken care of nice and quick, and their prices were very good.
Went here for an oil change about 2 months ago when I was staying in Woodstock and they provided me with excellent service at a reasonable price. Will do business with again.
