Since a zero rating isn't an option, I'm stuck with a 1. As a Critical Care Nurse of almost 20 year I have a very refined BS detector. I went into this place of business to have my radiator flushed and have the antifreeze topped off. I'm with everyone else, if I could do a zero review I would. This place totally rips people off. They do unnecessary work, over charge, and are slick fast talkers. Do yourself a favor and stay clear.
I have used this place 5 times in the last 6 years and each time I have had a bad experience. Each time I swore it would be my last. But I kept trying to give them another chance because it's the closest repair shop to my house and because I didn't have the time (on those occasions) to go to my regular trusted mechanic. This place is horrible. I use to take my car there for oil changes and simple repairs. Apparently there is a new general manager. Everything is up-sell. I go in for an oil change, the GM comes in with a concern look and said my battery almost dead and ask if I would like to buy one for a ridiculous price. I said no thanks. I get in my car, all my radio preset are gone, clock is wrong. I get home open my hood and one of my covers to a compartment is missing. I was recommended by a friend and they were right, I Had excellent service Americas service station. I will go back next time I am in the area. they were very courteous.
I've been to this store before and was not completely satisfied. They did good work but the my overall experience was under par. I decided to give them another shot since learning about the managment change and I have to say the store did a complete 180. Everyone was extremely helpful and did my repairs perfectly in a timely manner. If all my experiences are going to be as good as this one America's Service Station will be my only repair shop.
