I brought in a vintage rug after another company did a poor job cleaning it. I was highly concerned about potential damage, but this team was amazing. They explained exactly what steps the previous cleaner had skipped and even offered to show me their process to put my mind at ease. Exceptional service, absolute transparency, and perfect results. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. Ramshad and his team were professional, friendly, and made the entire process incredibly easy from pickup to delivery. Our bedroom rug was pretty dirty, and I honestly wasn’t expecting it to come back looking this good. It came back looking almost brand new! The quality of the cleaning exceeded my expectations. Great service! Used America’s Rug Cleaning for a rug that had some pretty bad stains I honestly thought were permanent. They picked it up from my house and delivered it back, super easy, didn’t have to do anything on my end. Rug came back looking way better than I expected, stains are gone and it just looks clean again. Would recommend if you’ve got a rug that needs some serious work.
