This company has terrible coverage as is. Still I needed coverage so opted in for my employers plan through them and they literally scammed me out of the minimum they were required to do. My plan and multiple representatives clearly stated multiple times the first 3 visits were 35$ copay. I only had 2 visits with this insurance plan. They listed our pediatrician’s office as elite network for OVER a year and it was apparently a “technical error”. If looking by providers, it’s still listed incorrectly. I had a procedure done at an elite network facility but 1/2 bills I received were in elite and other was Aetna network, the higher tier for us. Doesnt have good coverage. Filled my perscription and it was cheaper by 50 cents to have them ring it up without insurrance. Doesnt cover many services that my employer sponsored insurrance plan covered last year before moving to this company.
