They listed our pediatrician’s office as elite network for OVER a year and it was apparently a “technical error”. If looking by providers, it’s still listed incorrectly. I had a procedure done at an elite network facility but 1/2 bills I received were in elite and other was Aetna network, the higher tier for us. Doesnt have good coverage. Filled my perscription and it was cheaper by 50 cents to have them ring it up without insurrance. Doesnt cover many services that my employer sponsored insurrance plan covered last year before moving to this company.
