All the staff were wonderful and our loan officer, Marshell, was particularly patient and continued to explain all the nuances and steps that were needed. We had done business with them before and if needed we will do business with them again.

I was introduced to the concept of wholesale mortages by a close friend who worked with America's Moneyline Inc on a number of mortgages. I don't know why I didn't think of looking for this sooner. I do the same for my personal auto and home insurance - so why not for mortgages? They are able to check rates with a number of lenders and find the best rate - but at the same time, are an excellent source of information about mortgages so that you don't feel like they are representing a bank. I’ve worked with Mr. Derek T**** in 2016, and again this year. I have recommended him to a dozen of friends and family. A man of trust and professionalism. However I will not stop there. His team that assisted me in the best experience has to be mentioned as well. Brandon L******* and Marshell R***** were wonderful as well. American Moneyline was the easiest to work with the last two years. I was not expecting to have my refi go through this year but Jeremiah used his magic and sincere dedication to smooth over my rough spots. I recommend them above any other. I even felt both times they genuinely wanted to help me as a person. That is huge.
