Worked with Lou M. and Maricela B on a refinance. They were very professional and expedient. I was able to get a VA refi at 2.25% with minimal Closing cost. Lou found an awesome deal with a lender that offered an incentive resulting in less closing cost for me. Awesome deal. If there was any hiccup they responded immediately. I closed in record time. I can’t say enough about this company. In fact, when they told me they could refinance our loan at a 1% drop in our interest rate I really thought they were joking. It took us less than a month to close and almost a $400 dollar a month reduction in our house payment. Needless, to say they were great to work with. Also, I may add that we had excellent credit.

So very grateful to Erick C and the entire team at America's Moneyline Inc.
