Had Chavez out to inspect and service our under-performing a/c. As part of the service, he disconnected power from the unit, outside the house, which is not easily understandable or correctable by the customer. When he left, he LEFT THE POWER DISCONNECTED, so our already too warm home was, within a couple of hours 94 degrees. I called him repeatedly, no call back. So we sat, for a WEEK, during a record breaking heatwave in Georgia, with my 87 year old sickly mom, in nearly 100 degrees. Took our money, made things WORSE, and ... read more

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me!! We brought my newborn home from the hospital to find out the heat was not working. I had other people tell me they could come but would be a couple days.. When AMS heard of my problem they switched their busy schedule and was at my house within a hour and a half and brought some space heaters until he could go grab the part! My home was 50°F with my 1 Day old and everyone I talked to didnt seem to care but AMS was my hero!! Genuine people... read more
