Friendly staff. However, don't reach out to them in person neither on phone. Zero help. Went in person. Was told someone would get back to me, that was over 3 months. Called again a few weeks ago. Still no response. Disappointed. Poor quality mattress set. Feel the coils in the mattress.

We purchased a King Serta iComfort CF 4000 mattress from the Mt Pleasant store. There were signs all over the store advertising the 120 day sleep satisfaction. We called on day 74 to inquire about exchanging the mattress for a firmer model and were told there was a 15% restocking fee, which I did not have a problem with, But they also wanted to charge full price for the exchange.
