I have hesitated to write this review several times because I genuinely dislike criticizing businesses, but I feel compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent purchase. After investing a significant amount of $2k on what I believed would be a quality bed, I was dismayed to receive a completely different model (both the mattress and the bed frame are not what I ordered) that not only fails to meet my expectations but also does not even fit the mattress properly. Nancy's service was very friendly. However the bed and box spring I bought for my mother is extremely cheaply made!!! I was not told when I bought the box spring, that it's just a metal frame with a thin fabric cover! No springs! The mattress felt nice and soft in the display room and looked good. It came rolled up in package, we let it air out for 3wks(with no one laying on it)and th corners have still never taken shape like a regular mattress. VERY POOR QUALITY!
