Five years ago, I bought a several-thousand-dollar mattress from America’s Mattress. Five years later, I’ve spent more time dealing with warranty claims than actually enjoying the mattress. It has failed every single year. After each claim, we’ve offered to buy out of this mattress and upgrade (or even downgrade) just to get something we can actually sleep on. Instead, our only option has been another warranty replacement and another round of sleeping on a mattress that sinks several inches and turns into a bowl within weeks... read more
