Great experience buying a new mattress to help pur bad backs! Judtin took good care of us! We even bought the same mattress for our AZ home and Justin was able to have it sent to us! He really knows his products from his experience and got a superior match for us on one of the holiday sales!! Will always shop this location in Glenwood Springs!!

Everyone I dealt with at American Mattress was so knowledgeable about the products they sell. Ethan was exceptional at helping me find the best mattress to get my best nights sleep. In addition they were getting ready for a big sale but Ethan helped me get my mattress delivered the same day so I could start getting my sweet dreams ASAP! I loved my shopping experience! Awesome customer service! I LOVE my new mattress!
I’m giving it a one because negative numbers are not allowed. We bought a mattress here med firm when it was delivered hard as a rock went to the store and was told we need to let it break in. After contacting the GJ store was told need to upgrade and they contacted the store. Went back and then after talking a long time convinced us that an adjustable frame and again that the mattress needed time to break in. Over and over never came out to check the mattress.
