We feel very fortunate to have found this particular mattress store & its owner Robin Nystrom. It is refreshing to have someone explain all of the various features with no pressure to buy or select a certain product. I hate 'pushy' sales people & found our experience in this store so easy & comfortable. Also, we are so happy with our new Queen-size Serta iSeries Vantage Plush mattress & Lo Profile box springs. I recently sent my step mom to America's Mattress to purchase mattresses for her new home in the Sarasota area. My initial reason for sending her here was a google search. She was so impressed by the service and price of the gentlemen there that I took it upon myself to personally call up the owner's (Keith and Tom) and thank them for making my step mom so delighted. Went here to get a mattress for our family condo. After looking around, wound up here and had a good experience. No hassle or pressure. The owner was the salesman and I felt I got a great deal. When they delivered the mattress a week later my mother felt it sat too high off the floor. I called them about getting a smaller box spring. They said they would take care of it no charge.
