Terrible customer service... went to the Cary location right after I left the store and bought the mattress I was looking for. Great customer service (Cary - Maynard location). Will definitely go back to buy an iComfort set (bought a mattress for a daybed) if I am stay in this area. 5 stars to the person that helped me (@ the Cary location).
BEST Experience ! – Rudy Miranda helped us when we moved to NC two weeks ago with purchase of queen and twin sets--he took the time to explain the different mattresses to us and then gave us a very good deal--after paying he loaded the two sets onto our truck and helped to tie them down--all by himself. Will return to this store when we need another set!! Very happy with the product, service, and deal! Will recommend them!
