Today, my husband and I purchased a bed from America's Mattress Company. We were greeted by a gentleman named Robert Lopez, who was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. His assistance was invaluable because we were purchasing a bed for someone else. The mattress smells like a mix between mothballs and a men's locker room and I have had to hire a mitigation company to get the smell out of the bedroom that the mattress was in. I followed the suggested guidelines as to let it "air out" before putting sheets on it with no luck. What's even worse is the $100 they want to charge me to have it picked up and taken out of there. I put it in my garage until I can figure out what to do with it, and now my garage is unusable. Lots of false advertising by this company, sort of lik... read more

My wife researched all she could about a new mattress through Consumer Reports so she was well versed on what we were looking for. Cameron Bopp, the Sales Manager took EXCELLENT care of us. He is very knowledgeable about his products and really made us feel at ease - no pressure whatsoever. Chris and Nathan delivered our new mattress and they were so courteous and kind we didn't want them to leave. Thanks also to Haden who helped us.
