Lani is amazing! I reached out to her more than 2 months ago to register a new vehicle. Unfortunately, the process to get the title from the lien holder was a real pain. The lien holder was not very responsive at all. Lani was very patient and made the rest of the process effortless. She definitely k owes her job and does it very well. Give this young lady a pay raise. 🤗

Using Americas Mailbox has been a nightmare, there are several other services that would be a better choice, please do your research. Please visit Better Business Bureau of Rapid City online. I am a customer and your response is indicative of your support. A Better Business Bureau rating of D- is too high for Americas Mailbox. April 5th update: Pennington County of Clerks states that Americas Mailbox business practices are "strange" & "weird".
