DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!!! They do not send the chair that is promised. They send a cheap version. They delivered it and left it in my driveway. Two weeks later they sent someone to assemble it. After the trial they refused to pick it up. I was told to just put it on the curb. This shows what this $4000 chair is worth if they refuse to pick it up. The original price is $4000. My company is contracted to deliver their lift chairs. They say on their website that "white glove" delivery is free. This is a delivery service where the delivery driver brings the chair inside, unpacks it, assembles the chair in the room of the customer's choice, and takes all the packaging materials away. This is a lie. They do not pay the delivery company for white glove service, they only pay for a basic delivery service, dropping the chair off outside and leaving it in the box. in sept I provided the 99.99 down for the 14 day free trial. It is 12/3/20 still no chair. Called Cynthia Dixon who stated I was in the early process they did not hear from me until the 23 which was Oct 23 because the contract was sent out 11/9/20 written up 11/02/20. When I stated how is it in the early process when they took my money in September she said since they had not heard from me till 11/23/20 (which did not occur) it slowed the process I requested her to cancel and refund my monies....lets see how long this wi... read more

My friend's Uncle is the Attorney General of Texas. My cousin is an FBI agent. My auntie, and myself,,,,, all four of us tried to get our deposit back, or the chair delivered for a 14 day trial. NO ANSWER. 2-Months later the chair arrived and two days later we called and left message to pick it up. Not bad but there are 8 better brands on google according to consumer reports

Don't try getting someone to answer the phone or to return a call. The chair has had problems from Day 1. 1) the fabric is abrasive, as is when I went to recline and my bare arm was on the armrest, it wore my skin away, causing it to bleed. 2) heat-I get more heat from my dog resting her head on my lap. 3) massage-you got to be joking. All it does is vibrate. 4) It is rated at 450 pounds. I weigh in at 260. Twice when I was reclined it would not put me into an upright position. To get out of the chair I had to roll ov... read more

They took my deposit and then I called to find out when it would be delivered and no one answers phone. I finally got a call telling me shipping company would be calling me in 2 to 3 weeks. That never happened.
