The whole process was a easy step by step that was very detailed. They worked through the hotest days and seemed to be ahead of schedule. It took 115 days start to finish. This was a house for my mom after a house fire. Very happy for her with the new house and she loves it. Thank You
We just built our forever home in Sunbury Ohio and Americas Home Place did an Amazing job! We were informed of every step and from start to move in was 4 months! We were amazed and couldn’t have asked for a better team! John, Greg, Grant and Betsy were informative, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We searched many builders, read reviews and chose AHP for the quality of their home. We are pleased to say the least!
Only place we've come across that had something we liked and they refuse to build for us just 11 miles outside champaign county. Super disappointing.
We went in with lots of questions, essentially ready to build because we already have land etc. But as soon as I asked if we could add specific processes to the contract to ensure code is being met as regards to water damage, they backpedaled, and ushered us out of the office claiming they actually had an appointment coming in so we needed to go now (we were walk in).
