We went in with lots of questions, essentially ready to build because we already have land etc. But as soon as I asked if we could add specific processes to the contract to ensure code is being met as regards to water damage, they backpedaled, and ushered us out of the office claiming they actually had an appointment coming in so we needed to go now (we were walk in). The AHP team was great to work with. They built us a beautiful home in just 120 days, even with some delays due to bad weather. When any issues popped up they made sure that they were taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. They made the home building process very straightforward and as stress free as possible. Our home was exactly what we asked for we couldn't be happier with it.
