Four years ago, Americas Home Place built my home. So I asked them to come back last year and build an oversized finished garage that had to be built on an engineered, raised, stem wall slab on a slope in my backyard. But it was more than just a normal garage, it was fully insulated, sheetrocked, trimmed out, with windows and rooms. I worked with Bill and his awesome team to help my mom build her dream retirement home, and she couldn't be happier with how it turned out. They explained everything in the contract in clear detail and the house turned out exactly as designed.
