Garbage! Guy who sold us didn't even have a real estate license because he was selling a "product" not real estate. Should've left then. You couldn't pay me to build another home with them. Unorganized, crappy vendors and NO project manager!
What a nightmare building with this company. I could write reviews for days with all the issues we had with this builder. I would never have this company build me another house (not even for free) and will continue to inform future clients on how ridiculouslyawful and amateur this builder is. Great company to build with.
Part 2- the building process. Let me go ahead and let everyone know that I actually liked everyone at the home office, but building a home on family land, we did not want "nice" home office people, we wanted a good quality build and for AHP and the project manager to manage the build. There is no such thing as a perfect house, and in my profession I work with enough home builders to know that.
