America’s Homeplace is by far the best home builder you’ll find. The selection of floor plans and options ensure you find the house you want, finished your way. The staff is super knowledgeable, trustworthy and are very communicative throughout the entire building process.
I just got done finishing my selections/options appointment with Americas Home Place Johnson City. I am so happy and was super impressed with with all of the choices I had available. AHP is really like a custom home builder without the higher prices. I believe since they have over 50 locations that really helps keep their prices ultra competitive.
