My wife and I sold our home in Maryville Tennessee in order to move close to our grandkids. We had checked with a couple contractors in the JC area and my son said why don’t you check with America’s home place. We did and so thankful now. America’s Home Place has been great to work with. Our Project Manager, Jesse Johnson, consistently calls to provide updates, give suggestions and explain next steps. Caitlin Morgan and Ryan Shumate did a great job helping us through the planning phase. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great home building experience. I can’t wait to see our home finished soon! We are well on our way!
