We are half way through the build and the experience has been great. Easiest way to build a house by far. The site has been kept clean (major plus), along with the inside of the house. The team has been great, good communication, along with advice where needed. Can't wait to move in in a couple of months!

Jimmy is very knowledgeable about the entire home building process. Americas Home Place creates a great product on budget and they stay on their timelines for completion and closing. If you are looking to build on your land around the Jackson area, look no further.
Haven't met the rest of the team yet, but today was my first sit down visit with Mr. Jimmy Rhodes and this fella is awesome! He is super friendly and knows his job well enough that he has already answered your questions before you get a chance to ask! He does not rush, he actually listens to you as a person! And most importantly, he spells and pronounces my name correctly! 🤣🥰You can't beat that with a baseball bat! Love my first experience!
