We‘ve gotten through the quote, site walk through, design stages, signed our contract, and about 60% built! Everyone we’ve worked with has been helpful! Ronnie is in charge of our build and has been super responsive to texts and calls. The work him and his team have done so far has been great. The sales folks are all very transparent on pricing which is what made us choose American Home Place to build. I never once felt pushed to upgrade or spend more money. Will update once we’ve finished building!
We have spent a lot of time choosing a home and appreciate all of the time and information we have received from AHP. We have loved the experience and people we have worked with. The model home and show room really helped us make decisions and feel confident. We would highly recommend AHP to anyone!
