America’s Home Place is the best builder I’ve ever worked with! Even six years after moving in, they went above and beyond to help me with an issue that most companies would’ve considered “out of warranty.” Jason (warranty manager) kept me informed every step, and Greg—who was my original project manager and is now a VP—is still just as incredible. Their customer service is unmatched. Highly recommend!

We started ground breaking with America’s Home Place April 2, 2025 and today, just over 4 months, we settled and are heading to our brand new custom forever home with the keys!!!! They have been the best builders/team ever!! We do not have one single complaint. If any concerns may have arose they settled it immediately and without any hassle. We just finished our final meeting before signing a contract. We were pleasantly surprised to see the construction manager, sales manager and our own project manager at the meeting. We have built in Virginia before and this is definitely been a new experience. We are looking forward to a beautiful house built for us.
