AHP is awesome. My clients worked with them to build their home, Howard, Dom, and Sandy made this experience so easy for them. They really take the time to explain their process, best practices while at the sametime not trying to sell you products thats not in your budget. They give you their undivided attention and make you feel like you are the most important person in the room. My next home build will be with AHP.
I am currently conducting research on builders to palce a home on my land in Maryland. Although the company does not build in MD, the Sales Manager, Howard was extremely helpful with assisting me to find an alternate to bringing my wish to life. I appreciate his honesty and his ability to ease my disappointment. This go-round I may not be building with AHP, but due to the outstanding impression, I may certainly use them for a future build within their service area.
STAY AWAY: STAY AWAY !!!!!! I have waited 6 months for resolve and no joy. Long story short with 100% documentation : Americas Home Place is not a good business to have your home built by from my experience and wasting money on them. I am 100% disabled veteran after serving 18 years and this company could not care at all. There is absolutely no attention to detail and this company makes there money off of land improvements- that are not required. Howard is a GEM! This company REALLY cares about YOU! If you’re looking for a company, that cares, America Home Place is the SPOT! We recently did our home design and we couldn’t help but notice how adamant Howard was about staying on budget. We truly appreciate him thinking about our financially needs as well as our comfort for the home as it can get costly. So if you’re looking for a company that cares and keep you discipline as well as providing you with the best quality service America’s home place is it!!
