We had our first meeting with Bethany and Howard at American Home Place in Fredericksburg, VA. We have checked out multiple builders in and around our area and it has been less than encouraging. This experience was excellent. There was not one mention of “signing a contract” at this meeting. It was all about numbers and finding the right house for us to fit those numbers as well as our needs.
