America's Home Place stands by their workmanship. We contacted Jason, the Warranty Manager, after noticing an issue with our primary bathroom shower. He was extremely responsive, schedule time to inspect the problem immediately, and within a week Jason and Greg, the General Manager, resolved our concerns. Walking in I felt welcomed. It was first time there and Howard Brown gave me great information.
We love our custom America's Home Place home built in 2022. The process was smooth under Dale's watchful eye. Greg, Howard, Steve and the rest of the team were hard working and responsive. We recently had a minor issue that needed attention and even though it was over two years later, the warranty manager Jason took care of our needs.
