The project manager, Jason, kept me appraised of the budget the whole time and in the end came in slightly under budget. The house was actually finished early as well. I worked with another builder who raised the price before ever starting on the build so I was reluctant to build after that bad experience but I didn't have any negative experiences with America's Home Place. I would highly recommend the Fredericksburg office.
My husband and I are going down a list of potential builders for an investment home we have plan on building. Over the weekend we visited Americas Home Place in Fredericksburg VA, we were so pleased to meet Bethany the sales coordinator, who gave us a tour of the show room and talked to us about infinite options to customize our design. 5 stars don’t come close to what the Fredericksburg, VA office deserves. From the very start, before we even met in person Howard Brown and Bethany Donahue were great at answering all questions promptly. Even to non paying customers.
