Excellent service. Project Manager, Brad is fantastic . Office staff from Kris to Jim to Shelly are so attentive and helpful. Building procedures and knowledge is above and beyond anything I have encountered in a prior build. We, my sister and I, are very pleased with the progress , attentiveness , and communication we have received during this process. We highly recommend this builder and team to all.
AHP was not a planned builder visit, but I highly recommend visiting them and as many others as you can until you are comfortable (they were our 13th stop). None of them had the immediate connection to our wants and needs until AHP. From the standards that they build to and the timeline, cost, and designs – they were within our expectations or above. Our journey began in June as we started our search for a new home. Our lot size dictated what type of home could be built. We met with several builders before settling on America’s Home Place. We worked with Chris to customize the Fairfield model to meet our specific needs. The securing of permits took much longer than expected and delayed the start of the project by three months. America’s Home Place made our dream home a reality. I cannot say enough good about how well they treated us and helped us throughout the process. Brad was an excellent project manager. We are in the last month of our build and could not be more pleased with America's Home Place. From day one we have been nothing but impressed. Chris found the perfect house for us, even tweaking it a bit to meet our needs, never pressuring us . Our Project Manager is Brad, and has been Awesome.
