I aimed to keep trust with my family's dreams but “principles over profit” culture did not transition from my sales experience to building completion. The Construction Phase was AWFUL. You should ask before signing the contract is: "WHO IS YOUR PROJECT MANAGER?" - You do NOT want NICK. Ask from Ben or Brad to be your manager. It was possible to move in before 120 days. My July start, ended during a cold winter season. My build took 163 days. I did not see or get messages from Chris once you sign your final building contract.... read more

You and America's Home Place had the best value, best included features and overall the best all-round experience for building a custom home. An engineer is one of the top skill set to work with as a customer. We know what we are looking for and have the skill set to see different sides of the project management and specifications needed for a complete building scope of work. Building a new home can be very intimidating. But with the help of everyone at America’s Home Place - Findlay it became a very exciting new adventure!
