Great Company to work with!
We are having AHP Asheville build a house for us. We had so much fun picking out the colors , finishes and fixtures. There were lots of choices and good options that did not require any upgrades. We even used AI to generate the proposed colors on our house plan. Very good experience.
Great house, great company, easy to work with and are very transparent, would recommend to anyone interested in building soon!
Not a great experience. While the sales staff was pleasant and helpful the actual build was a nightmare. The project manager was spread across too many jobs over way too big an area. A nice guy but never around when needed, and company policy prohibits him giving out his phone number so there’s no way to reach him when needed. Most of the subcontractors speak no English and are obviously the lowest of the low bidders and the quality of their work shows it. We were pleased with our plumbing and electrical contractors. America's Home Place in Asheville is just the right place to go when you are ready to build a home on your land. The team is very knowledgeable and Angelina is amazing to work with to create the home you want. The showroom and model homes available to peruse their products are beautifully maintained and easy to navigate and their pricing is on point! I highly recommend them!
