Our home was built in 1995. We had carpet installed throughout the house. This week we removed the carpet to have new flooring installed. The pictures below will sho what we found under the carpet and the insulation was not stabled down at all. This was in the family room. A lot of short cuts was taken building this house. However, we have taken good care of it.
We have begun the process with Americas Home Place. So far the experience with Rose(PreSales, Sales & Customer Experience) Brent(PreSales, Sales, Preliminary Design, Plan Selection, Engineering) Brittany(Design Selections exterior and interior), and Tommy(Field site Sr. Project Management(Land, Lot, Grading, House stake out, Basement.
