I want to give a shout out for our builder. We are still in the process - about 50% completed but it has been an amazingly smooth and pleasant process, from design to estimate to closing , site work, foundation, framing, roofing, plumbing and electrical. We feel truly blessed and grateful. Excellent quality work, top notch communications, integrity and goes the extra mile. We are really pleased to have chosen America’s Home Place to build our “ forever home”. Our experience with their team has been nothing less than amazing. Their attention, support and commitment to our needs and vision for our new home has been outstanding. Rachel’s experience in design was a God sent. She and I were on the same page when it came to designing ideas. Keegan was absolutely wonderful in taking two different model homes to create one cohesive house. Just finished our home build with the Anderson SC office . I can’t say enough great things about this office ! We had an amazing experience from start to finish . Started our build with Lance who is always on top of things and just an all around great guy to work with. Finished our build with Joe who is super organized and efficient to make sure nothing gets overlooked down to the smallest scuff ,and a super nice guy. If you want a quick , top quality , headache free building experience this is your place to go !!
