I just want to give a big shout out to Brenda at this store. We were coming in to look at flooring and tile for a home we are remodeling in another city out of state. She quickly noted that there will be a closer store for us to use for the remodel, but rather than simply leaving us to look around because there was no sale to be had, she spent over an hour talking with us and explaining the important details of various products and truly gave us a wealth of knowledge and understanding that not only helped us feel more confid... read more
I had bad experiences with other flooring companies but they are top notch! Their installers are efficient and the finished product was great.
Would like to thank Brenda for her patience and knowledge! she was very low pressure and gave sound advice and help, as needed. There is so much to choose from and to look at, it becomes overwhelming! It's big decisions when you are essentially reflooring most of your home! We met with several others and honestly, the price and selection were the best with America's Floor Source. We have had the floors for about 2 months now, and so far, so good!
