They got me right in and out great service this morning thanks again
Good place for flooring. They worked with us more than any other store. Installation went well but a few issues did arise but were overcome. Floor installers are not trim carpenters however and quarter round miters are poor at best and lots of chalk used. We are in process of reworking those. Would have been nice to have someone follow up at the job site after installation to see if the work was done properly of if the purchasers might have any issues or questions.
Terrible service. The installers failed to show up on time twice - and I mean they were several hours late - and then improperly installed the transition strips twice. As I write, the flooring manager is a no show for a three hour appointment he scheduled with me to correct the problems.
It has been a less than ideal experience working with The Flooring Gallery. We moved into a brand new home the beginning of June 2021, with our fireplace trim being on back order. I received a phone call on JUNE 29th saying they wanted to come 2 days later to install. Great! No call no show. Between emailing our builder and contacting the Flooring Gallery myself, other appointments were arranged. Each time it was a no call no show.
