All aspects of dealing with AFS were excellent! The facility, the selection, the service and installation and especially the attention to detail of the salesperson (Todd Baldwin) were of highest caliber!
Buyers be ware. They will not return unopened boxes of tile. They say they're special orders and can't be returned. However, most of their tile has to be ordered. They only care a small quantity in-house. Dal Tile, Lowes, Home Depot and others will ALL return unopened boxes.
