The entire process was beyond outstanding. Shawn Smith assisted us in selecting the appropriate laminate vinyl flooring for our situation. His assistance was appropriate for us. Low pressure and he answered all our questions and concerns. The two young men who installed our flooring were extremely knowledgeable, skilled and had the outstanding ability to coordinate their efforts as a. team. Really excellent service, we worked with Todd and Daryl. Remodeled almost our whole home, so we are working with a lot of contractors and they were the best company to work with by far – – timely, efficient, and really great communication would definitely recommend
The new carpet is lovely. The installers did an excellent job. This carpet has a pattern that needed to be matched exactly - and they accomplished that feat. Todd, the store salesman, was terrific: helpful, competent, and not pushy. We are pleased. The next time we need flooring, we'll be back.
I am extremely pleased with the flooring I purchased from America's Floor Source. I was replacing basement carpeting with new flooring. I also replaced exercise room rubber flooring with new. Todd Baldwin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. The installers completed the whole project in 2 days. They were amazing! They had quite a bit of furniture to move, including a pool table and exercise equipment. They did a fantastic job! Highly recommend.
Shawn Smith and American Floor Source have been absolutely wonderful to work with. We had our existing hardwood floors removed and new hardwood floors installed. Shawn was a tremendous help through the process and the crew working on our floors did an excellent job removing the existing floors and installing our new floors.
