Not happy with this company at all. I called them twice about my AC unit and both times, I ended up paying majority of the cost. The second time, they only offered my $100 towards the repair or replacement of the unit saying its because its old and would only give me the $100 AFTER it was repaired. I'm cancelling them after I hit "post" on this review. completely and utterly useless.
Simple. Effective and courteous
I signed up with AFC warranty company today, the gentleman Randy was very easy to deal with and very informative, so far very impressed with the professionalism.
AFC was very responsive and helpful.
