STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I had a full coverage, and my AC unit went out, paid $4500 to get it replaced and after them running me around for a month and providing all the odd documentation they requested to stop me with the claim. If you love yourself don’t do it. They are a sham. They don’t approve covered appliances. Their team doesn’t understand their own policies. How can I pay for a plumber to come out on Thursday and Friday and pay additional for him to replace my pvr tube in one week as a paying customer. I stumped the “manager” multiple times when going through the user agreement and to no avail. I don’t wish this company on my molester.
