I opened a service request Novemeber of 2025. AFC did not schedule a technician to come out. I had to find one on my own after several weeks of waiting. After service request was completed AFC with held on reimbursement for several months. Called in January to check the status. they claimed it wont be ready until possibly February. I canceled my account as they were stringing me along to make up for the loss on my reimbursement with my subscription fees.
