Agent is very thorough and helpful. He was able to provide information on the plans and details of each one as well as offer discounts that were not shown in the ads. I purchased the plan because I trusted this agent.
If I could give them a zero, I would. This company is fraudulent. They do not stand by their warranty and terms and do not pay their client claims. We have submitted a claim for an AC and followed their process and terms and they refused the claim. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with AFC HOME WARRANTY.
Richard at AFC made joining them easy to understand. I compared AFC to other home warranty companies and they seem best suited to my needs
The service has not even been completed and yall are asking for a review. I am NOT SATISFIED!
