In the time that I took out this warranty until the present, I have never received a written or email confirmation of their policies. When I filed my first claim 2 days ago I then encountered the company's limitations on labor and relacing equipment! For example the maximum amount the warranty will pay for replacement of a kitchen faucet with the streaming choices is $150. They start at around $300. up. Not a happy camper!

Already answered, but if you insist, then I feel it really should be only 1 star. General poor handling of request. Took over 3 months to get a partial repayment check—ref 00146077. Stupid mistakes do not cut it. James Duffy

I filled out the form for a service call, water in the basement. It asked how I wanted to be contacted and I said text because I work during the day and can’t always answer the phone. They CALLED and left a message asking if they could come on Wednesday. I called after work and Wednesday was taken so we had to wait until Thursday! WHAT is the point of asking how I’d like to be contacted if it’s ignored?!?
