Florist didn't deliver to the address I provided, but sent me an email saying they had been. My mother-in-law had to go ask the neighbors if they'd received them, but nobody had them. When she called the florist to ask where they had been delivered, the florist described a house we think is 3-4 miles away. My MIL shouldn't have had to hunt down the two bouquets I sent, especially when I was charged TWO delivery fees for the one delivery address. It was almost $200. This is lazy & dishonest.
I purchased a plant for a friend’s funeral that cost $85.00, 100 with tax and when we arrived this is what we had purchased. It was the joke of the funeral. I was embarrassed to say we had bought this but was happy to say that we had ordered from out of town and had not seen it before hand. BECAREFUL what you buy when they don’t think you will see it. My wife did say that the lady on the phone was really nice if that helps
