I am Nick Nellos the owner. I did use my service to clean my carpet. Having said the gentle that said we just tooke his money. I have no records of doing worh p9
If I could give negative stars I would. Nick was late and when I tried calling did not answer. He showed up 3 hours after the appointment time. I paid to have carpets done in all rooms. He did 2 and said he did them all. Refused to give partial refund for the carpets he didn’t do. He was very rude. I will never use him again. Very unhappy with the quality of work. He also made inappropriate comments while he was in my home. I would never recommend using him.
