What an amazing customer service experience with Raul at American Fence Company in Sioux City, IA! I was repairing my existing fence so I went into the store for advice and parts. Raul greeted me right away, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store with a solution and parts in no time at all. Very unprofessional. They will tell you they are coming out but not show up. Told us every day for a week they are coming out to finish installing the fence never showed up. They tore the grass up. I have to buy sod. The gate was too short. Had to reorder a new one. If you're in a hurry don't use this company. We are on week 7 and still not finished. Yesterday they said they would be out in an hour to replace the gate, they didn't show up. Not even a courtesy call. Very frustrating company to work with. I don't recommend.
