After our initial visit with the sales rep to discuss what we wanted they sent us an online contract which I signed. We traveled to the office in Sioux City from LeMars and made a 60 percent deposit and was told it would take about 3 weeks for construction to begin. Much to our surprise they arrived to the house in 1 week and began before communicating with us again. No one was home when they began installation.
