Seems like this place used to be okay and offered a price match, but greedy son took over and no longer offers most of the cost-saving options the father did. I had called and talked to someone that gave me rates, then told something different on-site from the guy claiming he took over. He was completely unapologetic about not being able to honor the rates quoted on the phone, and actually seemed kind of smug about saying so. I had the worst experience here. Some employee came running out of some tatto joint screaming at me about something. Claimed I ran over a cement curb. Maybe I did. Who cares. No damage was made. This jerk decided to lecture me about it for five minutes wasting my time. I had my family in my car waiting for me and the manager made a huge deal about it. Turned into an argument. I was going to arrive 2 minutes after closing so I called and Devon was awesome enough to wait and do my paperwork! AFS made a difficult situation a little bit better! Thanks Devon 😁

Unit has a very bad roach infestation. You know its bad when you can see the roaches in pure daylight. Guy from liquor store knew of the infestation and said they tried spraying but can't get rid of them. Was told I would be reimbursed for several months rent and now the managers playing dumb and claimed they didn't know there was a roach problem and offered no reimbursement. Will have to dispute charges on my card.
