People are super sweet. That's it. Only doctors office in the world that I know of that consistently runs hours behind. Appointment time was 215. Still here at 4pm. Unfortunately, it's always like this. Don't plan anything after your appointment, you never know when you'll actually leave.

I've been going to America's family doctors now in 2008 happy to be a part of that family their staff is extremely professional very kind and helpful doctors are all in my opinion some of the past I just enjoy going there I travel from Mount Pleasant Mount Pleasant Tennessee

First time I've ever gotten up from a doctor's office, requested a refund and left. If I've waited for two hours, you're still loading patients into rooms, and your doctors look overwhelmed, you're wrong. I didn't even get seen! I'm pissed.

We have been here many times over the years and never had any complaints until today. Every employee we came in contact with was very friendly but this was by far the worst service we have ever received. While I understand as a walk-in patient you have to be worked in between the appointments but when you sit in an exam room for nearly 2 hours and overhear the people in the other rooms that you saw come into the building as a walk-in after you being seen and leaving AND see everyone taking their lunch while you are still wai... read more

I normally love this place but I have been sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes. This is ridiculous! !
