I have yet to do business with them, but I certainly intend to due to the fact that the gentleman and I wish I could remember his name that talk to me about my truck and situation. He talked to me for quite a while maybe an hour never rushing me and seemed to be transparent about the process. I’ve recently had my ram 2500 at the shop. I had taken my truck to two other shops they could not figure out a rattling sound I had. Eric and Adam diagnose my truck in no time and fixed it. No more rattling sound. I was about to trade my truck in if I couldn’t figure out what the sound was and they got it squared away in no time recommend these guys to anybody. I had a great experience with ADP. After dealing with another shop that missed several major issues, ADP took the time to thoroughly inspect and properly diagnose my truck. They found that the turbo was bad along with multiple other problems that the previous shop either overlooked or failed to fix correctly. These guys are great. Eric and Adam performed some work on my 2011. After i had it home a few days it just quit running. Turned over no start. I did troubleshooting on it. Messaged Eric. He said not to tow it till he had a chance to look at it. He stopped by my house and hooked it up to the computer. Tracked it down to number 5 injector and set up to come install it. They are a great company to do business with. Cant say enough good about them.
