if i could give zero stars I would! they have all kinds of hidden fees, i got a car loan with them and i asked if I could change the due date, they said I couldn't, but that I had a 10 day grace period so i could just pay it after, little did I know that they were charging me a fee to do that and extra accrued interest! then i can't make a payment on line or over the phone without a $12 fee! even during covid! These guys are worse than the big guys
