Julie Castro did an amazing job helping me and my mom get a auto loan for my car, she also took her time with us and stayed over time two days in a row even after closing to insure my guarantee of getting my vehicle. 10/10 customer service from Julie would recommend going to her for financial guidance.
Was told today that a cashiers check is the same as cash and would post to my account at another bank the same day. That was wrong as Bank of America told me all checks post the following business day. I walked into the Spanaway branch and asked for cash from my account and ended up getting a cashiers check from them as they seemed to have an issue with giving me cash from my account. At this point I’m ready to just close my account and move my funds to another banking institution.
