I really wanted to have a good experience with America CPA, but it just didn’t go well. Communication was the biggest issue. It was hard to get updates, and emails often went unanswered for periods of time. When I did get a response, it felt rushed, and I didn’t get clear explanations about what was going on with my return. I also had to resend documents multiple times because they couldn’t find them, and my appointment started almost 25 minutes late. In 2023, I moved from San Francisco to Charlottesville and was referred to Brad through a colleague. He has been very thorough and helpful and reasonably priced for the work he does on my behalf. I feel fortunate to have found him so soon after arriving. I have no hesitation in highly recommending his services.
