Great store I live in Riverside and drive here to get my feed. For bagged and bulk feeds, they have the best prices. The staff is always friendly and they offer delivery which is a life saver for those huge/heavy once a year deliveries. Dog and cat food selection is a bit spotty, but they have everything you need for livestock. They also stock panels, troughs, feeders and other large paraphernalia which is great when your psycho horse decides to destroy all the rubber and metal products in his corral.
Poor Clerks I like how clean and large the store is. I especially like the easy access to the hay. The lot is paved and it's neat and easy to back up to the hay for loading. The older gals that work there are friendly and helpful. They do tend to hire a lot of extremely young girls who do not seem to have the knowledge to help nor the desire. Good equine feed supply store This store is large and has a wide variety of equine grooming and other supplies. Feeders and similar items are displayed in front of the store and the selection and prices of these are not beaten out elsewhere in Norco. Feed and hay prices tend to be a little higher than elsewhere, however. Great feature is its relatively late opening hours on Sundays - I often make a run down here to pick up something at the last minute when noone else is open.
B & E Feed-America's Country This is a huge store with everything you need. You can also get name tags engraved while you wait. The hay is pretty reasonable and they have huge selection of feed available.
Terrible attitudes/policy When this store came to Norco, I could hardly wait. But what a disappointment. The products are good..a bit overpriced but okay. But the policy of NO CASH REFUNDS/ ONLY CREDIT even with a receipt, even if its returned in the same day is unacceptable to me. And the girls behind the register are rude and not helpful (they must hate their jobs from how they act). Rude Staff!!!!! I was appalled at how rude the staff at this store is. I travel to Norco once a month to pick up hay, grain, shavings, etc and was looking forward to trying a new place, boy was I not impressed! Not only are the prices high, the cashier was rude and argued with me about their sale hay, and the man doing the loading was very unhelpful in rearranging what was already in the back of my truck, more like it was a big inconvenience(it took a whole 60 seconds to do). Needless to say, I will not go back!
Excellent Store This store has just about everything you need for your horse, dog, cat. There's a lot of cool merchandise and the people working behind the counter are friendly and helpful. The hay is also good. The prices are a bit high though. I would recommend this store.
