1/2024 Took the bike to Nick to perform a tune-up the bike and upgrade the freewheel and chainring. This upgrades were very helpful, in terms of reducing ghost pedaling. As always, Nick did a great job!!! I purchased an Ocelot Pro from Americas Bike Company, after a test ride at Nick's store. The ordering/delivery process was uneventful. Nick assembled the bike and had it ready one day after receiving it. Since picking up the bike, Nick has answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. I am totally satisfied with Nick's services, the purchasing process and, more importantly, my new Ocelot Pro! I Highly recommend Nick and the Ocelot Pro ebike, which is manufactured by Magic Cycle.
Just had brakes and chain replaced. Super quick and efficient service. Nick is ver personable and competent. We are lucky to have his shop in Valley Center.
My husband and I decided to get E bikes, which resulted in a lot of research! We decided on Magicycle. Nick was amazing! Being new to this he explained all the ins and outs about these bikes and all their components. He also built them and made any adjustments we needed and sold us all the accessories at a very fair price. We highly recommend this shop and can't say enough about the customer service!
