Terrible service. Clerk yells at you, shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. Sends message at 11pm saying you had to arrive by 10pm or else. When you’re traveling, you may not have control over the arrival time. No empathy. Maybe because they know that they’ll get paid by the reservation platform anyway, so they don’t mind if you don’t take the room. Which we didn’t. May be losing the payment, but rather lose the money than be humiliated and be at risk for harm. DO NOT STAY HERE.
I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. At check-in, my room had an issue and was changed. The front desk informed us that the deposit would be waived. I also requested to change the payment method, and payment was completed using another credit card. However, my original card was still charged. The hotel then refunded the other card instead of correcting the charge on mine.
