Still, as far as motels go, this one isn't bad. Large guest rooms are available on a recently renovated property in a peaceful neighborhood. The landscaping is very pretty. Guest amenities even include a sauna and one or two rooms have fireplaces.

We took our four year-old son for a trip to Monterey for his birthday. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind and even let us check in an hour Early when requested. Almost everywhere we went. It was only 15 minutes away from our hotel. The next time we come down for a visit, we definitely will be staying again.
OK hotel, rooms are nice but photos are very deceptive. Shower head was very clogged and either scalding hot or ice cold.
The experience was awful. We ended up getting our flight delayed and missed our connection. We notified the hotel through the app and tried to call multiple times during their business hours before they closed. When we finally made it to San Francisco we called again. All I did was identify myself and said what do we need to do. We won't be making it tonight but still needed the room for other nights.
