We booked 2 rooms in advance. People at the front desk are very under trained very nice people but there is only one person on the property that can be of any assistance on billing etc. She may be a nice lady as well but nowhere to be found. When asked to speak with Laura the response is she is a busy lady. No sense of urgency at all. Tub leaked a puddle of water in the bathroom floor at every shower. Ни для кого не секрет, что номер и расположение — это самое важное. The plaster was peeling off, and for the first time in a hotel there was no shower gel or shampoo, only soap, and the light near the mirror wasn’t working :( It was nice that breakfast was included in the price, and the beds were comfortable, but the pillows were practically nonexistent — small and uncomfortable.

First off, I hate being lied to. I booked my room over the phone, disclosed I was traveling with my pet, and they failed to notify me of the $45/night pet fee. Pretty exorbitant and rather audacious. I am handicap and was not offered a ground floor room. I was told all the ground floor rooms were booked, however this is a very empty parking lot, and I am skeptical. The room itself is offensively perfumed,and it's hard to breathe in here. Never making the mistake of staying here again
