I’m not one to normally “hate/bash” places because I understand things happen, however my friend, her bf, and me had booked a room with 2 queen beds MONTHS in advance for a concert. We get there and were told there’s only 1 bed (we could have made it work) but then we get to the room and there is mold on the ac and lamps, it felt sticky and gross. We go up to the front desk and tell them and are pretty much told oh well.

Booked through Expedia and never received confirmation emails of booking or upcoming trip until after stay. Called location and spoke to Neil on 5/2. He was rude and continued to argue with me instead of trying to understand or review the situation. I will never book at this location or use Expedia for future travel bookings due to this experience.
