There were bed bugs and they tried to lying and said they were not bed bugs. Room was not clean at all and you can still smell have use of pesticides. Will never be going there again i have pictures if you want me to post them

My girlfriend made a reservation for 5/9. First got a call a few days ahead that the room we booked was out of order and got downgraded. Acceptable because stuff happens. Get to the hotel to see no one at the counter, lights off. Totally abandoned. Note stating to call 0 for management and no check ins after 10pm due to staffing. No answer. Call the number that called us. Got told they were out of town and they would call someone. They got no answer as well. Great place to stay my wife who is pregnant my 2 year old and my self loved the rooms we are into the older things in life as we are from a smaller town we don’t like the newer stuff haha 100% recommended thanks for a wonderful night Americas best value inn and suites!

I wish I had read the reviews first. I had my dog along so my options were limited. The lady who checked me in was nice enough. My first disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were out of order. I got the impression they had been for a long time. The lady gave me $5 off my room as compensation. The place was very run down, stained, shabby, and smelled like people used to smoke inside and now it is just sort of stale and weird. It seemed fairly tidy though.
